Abstract

The state of the congruence of the content of higher education requirements of the labor market in Ukraine in the context of employment of youth with higher education. It is shown that the main problem of the transition of young people from education to work in a stable Ukraine is no harmonization of the education system and the labor market. The mass entry of young people into the labor market with inflated expectations makes it difficult to get a job especially in the first years after graduating from a higher or vocational institution. Established that the main issue is the availability of jobs, wages, difficulty of adapting the workplace and other aspects become secondary importance.
