Abstract

This work depicts the modern challenges in the field of the e-government systems development. The ICT-platform architectural features are considered in this paper, within the purpose to organize the information distribution processes effectively, involving cloudbased resources and utilizing the best practices of EU and US state and commercial companies. There are Estonian X-Road e-Gov bus and Google cloud architectural solutions briefly discussed for the purposes of digital content targeted delivery to pre-defined users, and respective inner- and intercloud protocol was described; later the procedures of commercial content cloud-based distribution were presented in the graphical form and interactivity vehicles application was also analyzed. It was concluded that further investigations are needed in the field of analysis of the architecture of the feedback collection systems (the responses of the target audience to the submitted content), that are necessary for described platforms application, involving such elements as web-crawlers.

Keywords: ICT platform, electronic government system, content distribution platform, targeted content delivery, effective cloud-based solutions.
