Calculation methods of reliability of telecommunication networks of the future

Abstract
Today a significant number of scientific papers are devoted to the development of theoretical and practical aspects of the solution of tasks on increasing the efficiency of functioning of modern telecommunication networks that would be resilient to the unpredictable influence of external destabilizing factors. The questions of increasing of telecommunication networks of the future (FN) reliability by choosing an optimal network topology are considered in the article. Designing reliable telecommunication networks of the future we use mixed or hybrid topologies, which are built on the basis of the standard topologies like "star", "ring", "cell", "each to each", "tree", and the like. Three main methods of calculation of reliability of today’s networks telecommunications, namely: the method of sorting states, the method of expansion concerning a particular element, and the method of minimal paths and intersections are described.
