Formalized task of constructing a rational telecommunication system

Abstract

The article proposes the problem of the formalized choice of a complex of technical means (CTM) of a telecommunication system (TS), which differs from the well-known ones as follows: the system-wide approach in redistribution of parameters of reliability, efficiency and reliability of information processing in the system; the formalization of the process of choosing CTM for TS, which will allow using known methods of solving the problem of mathematical programming, perform systems design using modern computer facilities, which will significantly accelerate the process and increase the accuracy of the solution of these problem; the development of methods for the formalized definition of the schedule of the system.
