Abstract

The analysis of the problem of the network of high-speed radio access and the main questionable and disturbing factors of influence was carried out. The general structure of the radio access network and the structure of the wireless access network are considered. The model of the combined control system of the radio network with perturbation communication at the action of destabilizing factors is presented. The problem of development and functioning of the radio networks is described and methods of solving a problem description are substantiated.
