Abstract

Conducting research on the main features of modern communication systems and determining their characteristics enable to effectively improve the quality indicators of the telecommunication network management systems of Ukraine. The article analyzes the types of systems: static (non-inertial) and dynamic (inertial) systems. The analysis of types of systems is carried out: static (non-inertial) and dynamic (inertial) systems. Each of them as the object of research inherent in certain features that characterize different aspects of their functioning. The research of one of the most important properties of the system is presented - stability, without which the system can not exist.
