Problems of development of the digital economy of Ukraine and the ways of their solutions

Abstract
The use of technology 5G and the country's coverage of high-quality Internet opens the way to rapid development of the digital economy. The introduction of digital technologies in education, medicine, industry and agriculture will allow raising the country to a new level, corresponding to high world standards.
Unfortunately, in Ukraine there is no corresponding infrastructure. To solve such a problem, appropriate delivery channels are needed to cover the country with fast and stable Internet. Next, you can build digital services.
Given the existing technologies that provide the society with Internet, lack of funds, lack of certain performers, the availability of existing experience and lack of time, there is only one proven technology that can provide high-quality Internet in the short term, the country's territory, this is satellite communications.
As is known, the feature of the 5G standard will be a combination of different types of communication, and satellite communications will probably be one of the main components.
