Abstract

The article presents the solution of the main scientific problem of the modern theory of management of telecommunication networks is the problem of increasing the accuracy of the network management system of the future. The model of the combined system of management of the future network, which takes into account the complex influence of asking and disturbing factors and provides the properties of invariance and adaptability, is developed.

Key words: management system, network of the future, destabilizing factors, properties of adaptability and invariance.
