Control of use of traffic in multiservice macro network

Abstract

Active development and functioning of the technologies connecting society in uniform space promotes and leads to creation of multiservice macro network of the operator. In case of integration into the existing network of the operator, to the forefront there is an interaction: the operator of services – the user of services. Effective functioning in digital space requires the deepest understanding of behavioral features and preferences of certain users which should be shown at each stage of interaction. Recently traffic volumes promptly increase in huge scales every year, forcing the operator of services to increase throughput constantly. When ensuring high-quality service, and constantly growing needs of the client the operator has to control and operate the growing appetites of users. Important criterion during creation of new model of services is the model of management of network resources and formation of a tariff plan of users, considering requirements to service on the basis of productivity. For formation of the individual offer each user of multiservice macro network needs creation of uniform system for management of tasks: "a personal tariff – a personal package of services".
