Model of management of a telecommunication network based on the neural network and evaluation of its functioning

Abstract
The model of management of the TMN telecommunication network on the basis of the neural model is investigated. The general model of the control of the output of which at any time is a nonlinear function of the previous values and of the input and output is considered. The mathematical model of the multilayer neural network for solving the problem of decentralized multiple access control is determined. The considered model serves as the basis for considering the efficiency of TMN functioning under the control of the neural network. Telecommunication Network Management system is complex and hierarchical, that is, multi-level with the corresponding control subsystems. The TMN mathematical model, as a rule, is represented as a system of hierarchical models of the mass service system. The management processes in the communication network are divided into functions of dynamic management of information flows and functions of organizational and technical management of the network. According to the TMN ideology, all functions related to management can be divided into two parts: general and applied. Common functions provide support for applications and include, for example, the movement of information between elements of the communication network and control system, storage, display, sort, search, etc.
