FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF THE PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT TOOLS ENTERPRISE

The article considers foreign experience of the practical implementation
of anti-crisis management tools of the enterprise studied the theoretical concepts and
developments in the field of crisis management with regard to financial aspects to create
effective solutions and ways of its improvement for practical application at the domestic
enterprises. Marketing commodity policy is invited to consider and to develop in
interrelationship and interdependence with the innovative and investment policy of the
company. Anti-crisis management in a broad sense aims not only to overcome the
consequences of negative events at the enterprise, but also to prevent their occurrence. A
comparison of foreign and Ukrainian experience and practice of anti-crisis management
and rehabilitation, as well as state regulation in the field of bankruptcy, is made. The
main external factors of unprofitable enterprises have been established. It was
determined that the innovative policy in the process of anti-crisis management is one of
the main tools that helps the enterprise to get out of the crisis and increase its competitive
position on the market. The generalized sequence of implementation of the strategic goals
of anti-crisis management is presented.
