REGARDING PRIORITY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

It is emphasized that project management in the modern conditions of globalization,
innovative development and rapid changes in market conditions is gaining significant
importance in the context of partnership between Ukrainian entities and international
organizations. It is emphasized that such management will gain priority importance after
the end of the active phase of Russian aggression. This is explained by the fact that the
main areas where projects will be implemented most often will be such areas as:
construction, information technology, healthcare, the financial sector, marketing and
advertising. It is noted that although there are universal approaches to project
management, it is clear that each of these industries has its own characteristics that affect
the type of projects, their scale, duration and resource requirements. To achieve strategic
goals, organizations must not only adapt to change, but also be prepared to proactively
implement innovative approaches in their activities. It has been found that determining
the level of project management maturity in an organization is an important step in
improving the effectiveness of project implementation. Every successful project is the
result of a complex coordination of various resources, planning and control over its
implementation. Project management in this context appears as a specialized activity,
which has its own specific methods and tools for achieving the set goals.
Project management system maturity indicates the degree of development,
standardization, and integration of project management processes within an
organization. It determines the organizationʼs ability to effectively plan, control, and

execute projects. This is a comprehensive characteristic that reflects how developed and
formalized project management processes are, how integrated they are into the overall
structure of the organization, and how capable the organization is of applying these
processes in practice.
It was emphasized that Ukraine occupies an important place in the global
blockchain technology market, demonstrating active participation both in the
implementation of blockchain solutions at the state level and in the development of the
cryptocurrency market.
