STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHANGE

Abstract

The current conditions for the development of the country's economy in general and enterprises in particular are characterized by a significant number of factors that affect the system of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise in the strategic field. Changing conditions form the factors of strategic management of economic security of an enterprise, which require constant analysis, monitoring and supplementation. The purpose of the study is to determine the main factors of strategic management of economic security in the context of enterprise adaptability to change. In the article, the theoretical and methodological basis for studying the influence of factors on the strategic management of economic security of enterprise is the main provisions of scientific research by domestic scholars.
It is found that the strategic management of economic security of an enterprise is a system of long-term and sustainable management decisions and processes to ensure the optimal state of protection of the economic interests of an enterprise in the tactical period and development in the long term. Based on the analysis of approaches to determining the factors of strategic management of economic security, the author determines the relationship between the factors, functions and objectives of the economic security management system and its strategic development. As a result of the study, the author proposes signs of classification of factors of modern strategic management of economic security in accordance with the current conditions.
The proposed classification allows identifying trends in the influence of factors on the strategic management of economic security; identifying the main threats to the economic security of enterprises that are of a strategic nature. Due to the constant nature of changes in the environment in which enterprises operate, it should be noted that the classification of factors is not exhaustive and can be supplemented according to the conditions.
