STRATEGIC SCENARIOS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT IN NEW ECONOMIC REALITIES

The article reasons that in conditions of uncertainty, management processes at enterprises become significantly more complicated, which explains the need to use strategic scenarios, the potential of which is expedient to use as a flexible forecasting tool to identify potential threats and develop possible alternatives to future events. The essential features, the role of the principles and tasks of strategic scenarios for the development of the digital transformation of enterprise management are outlined. The blocks by which they are formed are defined. The orientations of strategic scenarios for the development of digital transformation of enterprise management in new economic realities and formats of virtualization of management processes for enterprises with the use of artificial intelligence are substantiated. The expediency of developing scenarios for the development of the digital transformation of enterprise management using the matrix approach and artificial neural networks, taking into account the levels of effectiveness, is emphasized, since the development of the implementation of the matrix approach to enterprise management contributes to increasing the efficiency and speed of solving tasks, and artificial neural networks can be used for forecasting and data analysis , which allows effective planning of actions at all management levels. External and internal factors affecting these processes are determined. According to the results of the survey of domestic IT enterprises, problems were identified that complicate the processes of digital transformation and reduce their effectiveness: limited financial opportunities (72%); insufficient competence of personnel (64%); lack of acceptance and resistance to changes by personnel (58%); insufficient support for the implementation of digital transformations by management (52%); limited integration with existing technologies, systems, software (47%); imperfect organization of the introduction of new digital systems (45%). The conditions that must be created for the successful implementation of strategic scenarios for the development of digital transformation of enterprise management have been determined, which will help the enterprise to successfully implement strategic scenarios for the development of digital transformation of enterprise management in new economic realities and to use digital technologies to optimize management processes and increase the efficiency of its activities and achieve the desired results.
