Current directions of use of electronic resources by government bodies

Abstract

The article examines document flow automation systems that are currently used in Ukraine, these are mainly products of domestic manufacturers or foreign software integrators, in particular, on the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino platform. The main areas of use of electronic information resources, the information value and significance of electronic resources through a wide range of information were studied: regulatory and legal regulation of all spheres of society's life; management of the state, industry, institution; objects of state registration, electronic registers, cadastres, classifiers and information systems that ensure their functioning and the use of information from them; species composition of electronic information and search systems created by information institutions; integrated information systems on the Internet.
