Abstract

The dynamic development of technologies creates an ever-increasing need for more effective knowledge management in the organization. In the digital era of hyperconnections, organizations collect and generate a large amount of information, which creates an urgent need to find effective ways of using intellectual potential. The article substantiates the relevance of knowledge management as a factor in the development of an organization's intellectual capital, proposes a classification of knowledge according to the possibilities of its documentation, identifies knowledge management tools in the organization for the effective development and use of its intellectual capital.
