Rational organization of managerial work at the enterprise

Abstract

The article examines the rational organization of managerial work in modern conditions. The significance of the work of employees at the enterprise in management activities is analyzed. Describes measures for the organization of managerial work, which are important for the head of the enterprise. The distribution of working time of the top manager in percentage is given, which allows to ensure the rational interaction of structural units and individual executors in the process of enterprise management.
