Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Strategic Development Management of the enterprise

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of strategic development management of the enterprise, methods and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of strategic development management of the enterprise. The management of strategic development of the enterprise was monitored on the example of Convenient Delivery LLC. The directions of improvement are defined and the recommended developments of improvement of an estimation of efficiency of management of strategic development of the enterprise are resulted.
