Technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and information support for the crisis management of agroformations

Abstract

Discussed questions on theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of technology of evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations, carried out the diagnosis of existing problems, and developed an author's approach to improve the technology of evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations on the qualitatively functional platform agricultural formations and their information, ko communication and competency capabilities, within a certain time interval, and to define preventive, tactical decisions and measures and strategic horizons of activity, which will allow to provide more detailed and objective practical recommendations regarding the choice of appropriate methods, tools and measures of crisis management, which will help to minimize risks, mitigate risks and prevent loss of control over the destructive scenario. In particular, the developed system of criteria, indicators and meters allows to more accurately identify the effectiveness of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations in the current period and strategic horizon and to identify opportunities, latent risks and threats.
