FLEXIBILITY IN THE ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVENESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
In the article the essential characteristics of flexibility, its level, classification and criteria are considered, and the prerequisites and principles of using flexibility in the enterprise competitiveness management system are substantiated, the expediency of expanding the contour of methodical and informational support, which will promote the growth of competitive advantages and ensure stable and efficient development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective, is substantiated. on the basis of correction of communication business chains and optimization of production business combinations taking into account tion of domestic realities. It was substantiated that the use of flexibility in the system of enterprise competitiveness management ensures its efficiency, efficiency and effectiveness, balanced operation and development of each structural element of the enterprise, taking into account the actual values of key indicators of competitiveness and potential opportunities and reserves, due to the reasonableness and implementation of optimal operational and strategic measures at the enterprise in relation to increasing competitiveness.
