Abstract

digital transformation as an effective tool of enterprise crisis management in the context of economic
instability, business environment digitalization, global competition, and wartime challenges. It is
substantiated that modern crisis phenomena require enterprises not only to apply traditional methods
of financial recovery and cost optimization but also to implement innovative digital solutions capable
of ensuring a high level of adaptability, responsiveness, and resilience of the management system.
The essence of digital transformation is revealed as a comprehensive process of integrating digital
technologies into all areas of enterprise activity, contributing to improved management efficiency,
accelerated decision-making processes, and the creation of new competitive advantages. The main
digital tools of crisis management are identified, including ERP systems, CRM systems, Big Data
technologies, Business Intelligence, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, electronic document
management systems, WMS systems, HRM platforms, and modern cybersecurity solutions. It has been

forecasting, business process optimization, labor productivity improvement, and the maintenance of
uninterrupted organizational functioning even under crisis-related changes in the external
environment.
Particular attention is paid to analyzing the impact of digital technologies on financial
sustainability, operational efficiency, logistics processes, personnel management, and information
security of enterprises. It has been established that the integrated implementation of digital solutions
contributes to the timely identification of crisis threats, improves the quality of strategic planning,
and ensures the formation of a preventive crisis management model. It is substantiated that digital
