Abstract

The article examines the
adaptation of marketing strategies used by lead generation companies when entering international
markets. The research emphasizes that successful expansion cannot rely only on the mechanical
transfer of domestic tools, as demand formation, trust, communication channels and data-processing
rules differ substantially across countries. The purpose is to summarize approaches to the balance
between standardization and localization and identify actions that help firms increase conversion,
reduce entry risks and build client relationships abroad. The study applies analysis, synthesis,
comparison, case-study logic and elements of SWOT and PESTLE analysis. The cases of Dnipro-M,
Sales Force Europe, MGID and Danone are used to demonstrate how market diagnostics, audience
segmentation, localization of messages, involvement of local experts, omnichannel interaction and
compliance procedures influence the effectiveness of international campaigns. It is shown that
adaptation should be treated as an iterative managerial process rather than a one-time translation
of advertising content. Particular attention is given to the role of data-driven marketing, lead scoring,
personalized content, partner networks, A/B testing and continuous feedback from sales teams. The
article argues that lead generation companies obtain better results when standardized digital
platforms are combined with flexible regional decisions concerning language, value proposition,
communication tone, privacy requirements and performance metrics. The practical value of the
research lies in the proposed recommendations for building a scalable model of international growth:
preliminary assessment of political, economic, socio-cultural and legal conditions; formation of local
or hybrid teams; adaptation of the offer to customer expectations; integration of online and offline
channels; and regular evaluation of lead quality, acquisition cost and conversion speed. The findings
may be useful for Ukrainian companies seeking to expand into competitive foreign B2B markets.
