Abstract

The article explores the impact of digitalization on the transformation of business
processes in enterprises operating in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. It
identifies key challenges faced by ICT companies in the context of the digital economy, including
rapid technological change, heightened customer expectations, and the need for operational agility.
At the same time, the study highlights opportunities provided by the integration of digital
technologies, such as cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and process
automation. The research emphasizes the importance of strategic rethinking of business process
management in order to increase flexibility, innovation potential, and customer orientation. The
paper substantiates that digital transformation is not merely a technological shift, but a
comprehensive organizational change that affects corporate culture, decision-making, and value
creation. Directions for optimizing business processes through the implementation of digital tools are
proposed, which are crucial for enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of ICT enterprises in a
volatile market environment.
