Abstract

The
article explores innovative guidelines for managing the digital platformization of
information and communication technology (ICT) enterprises in the context of digital
transformation. The key managerial goals of digital platforms are identified, including strategic
growth, operational process optimization, scalability, innovation development, and ensuring
security and trust. The study analyzes modern approaches to digital platform management
and examines the potential of Big Data, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT),
blockchain, and cloud computing. Based on a comparative analysis of international and
Ukrainian experiences, the study identifies key challenges faced by ICT enterprises, such as
insufficient investment, a shortage of skilled professionals, uneven digital infrastructure
development, and cybersecurity threats. Strategic directions for digital platform
development are proposed, including the implementation of analytical technologies, agile
management methodologies, and innovative monetization models. The findings of this research
can be used to develop management strategies for the digital transformation of ICT
enterprises, shape national digital development policies, and enhance the competitiveness of
Ukrainian companies in the global digital environment.
