Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) are experiencing an
era of rapid transformation, where digital platformization is becoming not just a trend but a
necessary condition for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. In this context, effective
management of digital platforms is a key factor that allows not only to optimize operational
processes and integrate resources, but also to ensure sustainable business development in a
dynamic digital economy.
The purpose of this study is a comprehensive analysis and determination of the key objectives of
digital platformization management for ICT enterprises. Considering current technological trends
such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, as well as
the challenges of the digital economy, including cybersecurity, data protection, and the need for
rapid adaptation to changes, the study aims to develop strategic recommendations for ICT
enterprises. The main results of the work include:
dentification of strategic directions for digital transformation: Analysis of key trends and
identification of priority areas for digital transformation for ICT enterprises, including the
digitalization of business processes, the development of new digital products and services, and the
implementation of innovative models of interaction with customers.
Analysis of platform management principles: Research of the basic principles of digital platform
management, including ecosystem management, user engagement, monetization, and ensuring data
security and confidentiality.
Determination of key metrics for platform performance: Development of a system of key
performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of digital platform functioning and identify
areas for improvement.
The conclusions of the study emphasize the critical importance of adapting ICT enterprises to
digital changes, the need to develop flexible and innovative models of interaction between market
participants, and the application of advanced approaches in strategic planning. The study also
highlights the need for continuous monitoring and adaptation of platform management strategies in
response to the rapidly changing conditions of the digital economy.
