The article discusses scholars' perspectives on the definitions of 'leadership', 'systemic leadership', and 'effective leadership'. It illustrates various aspects of the modern understanding of the meaning and role of effective systemic leadership. Leadership is demonstrated through the influence on members of society, such as employees and voters, through the qualities, skills, and knowledge of the leader. The leader unites and motivates them to make maximum efforts to achieve the goal. Effective leadership involves implementing the company's vision, and in some cases, redefining and improving it. It also involves setting the tone and encouraging and supporting initiative and appropriate risk-taking. The organizational structure should be subordinated to the purpose and functions, and chains of command that require lengthy decision-making should be
avoided. The article presents approaches to management that enable the implementation of a person's natural leadership talent. It outlines the formation of an effective leadership system within a company, identifying and characterising the main interrelated elements of systemic leadership: system, community, and personality.
