Abstract

Digital transformation has become an integral part of modern management, especially in the context of innovative projects. The increasing pace of change in the technological landscape forces enterprises to actively implement digital technologies and methods in managing innovative projects. Modern management of innovative projects in enterprises faces numerous challenges, such as market instability and technological necessity. In this context, digital transformation enables enterprises to ensure competitiveness by implementing advanced digital technologies and tools. Nowadays, the significance and relevance of managing digital transformations have become the subject of research for both domestic and foreign scholars.
This article analyzes the theoretical aspects of managing innovative projects in the context of digital transformation. Digital transformation involves the implementation of advanced digital technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and innovation capability. The main components of digital transformation are business processes, technologies, business models, and digital competencies.
Digital transformation has a significant impact on various aspects of managing an innovative project, which can be considered in the context of several key areas. Digital technologies allow collecting large volumes of data from various sources such as sensors, social media, and the Internet of Things, providing the opportunity to use analytical tools to obtain valuable information about consumer needs, market trends, and other factors affecting project success. Digital platforms and tools facilitate improved communication among project participants, regardless of their location, enabling easy exchange of information, coordination of work, and collaborative task management. Digital project management tools, such as online task boards, progress tracking systems, and virtual meetings, enhance planning, execution, and monitoring efficiency, allowing project managers to more effectively utilize resources and manage risks. Digital technologies can expedite and streamline the innovation process, aiding in prototype development, early-stage product testing, and obtaining rapid feedback from clients. Digital platforms promote global engagement of talent and experts, expanding opportunities for finding top professionals and fostering the development of innovative ideas.
Research shows that digital transformation enables enterprises to automate and optimize processes, increasing productivity and contributing to success in the face of constant market changes.
