The article examines the essence, features of formation and factors of quality management of the company's human capital. Identified problems of the formation of human capital in Ukraine (loss of a significant share of the population of Ukraine as a result of military operations, destruction and destruction of infrastructure, suspension of the activities of companies and factories in the occupied territories; migration and emigration of the population, decrease in the size of markets; decrease in business profitability, inflation, unemployment, increase in cost resources and life, lack of professional personnel). Grounded theoretical principles of formation and development of corporate human capital. Formulated principles of human capital formation as an element of socio-economic systems. Systematization and classification of knowledge was carried out. Focused attention on combinations of different forms of knowledge that form the quality of the company's human capital. The effect of corporate rights and collective benefits is defined. Modeling of human capital quality management factors was carried out. The matrix of the interaction of factors that determine the effectiveness of human capital quality management is proposed, pilot studies are conducted. Weighted coefficients and justified ranks of management subjects regarding the formation of human capital have been determined.
