INCREASING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES DUE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the economic efficiency of the enterprise and its improvement due to the improvement of the personnel management system. The article examines the essence of the concept of "economic efficiency". Efficiency comes from the word effect, which characterizes a change in the state of any object or system under the influence of internal or external cause. It was established that efficiency should be understood as an integrated economic category that reflects production relations at the enterprise, taking into account personnel costs and obtaining a final positive result. In management science, an activity that fully or partially solves the task, gives the expected result, ensuring its achievement through the optimal use of available resources is considered effective. In the first case, external efficiency (or profitability) is meant, while in the second case, internal efficiency (or cost-effectiveness). The key points of economic efficiency at the enterprise are described, which in modern market conditions pose problems for business entities to improve them to the new realities of today. It is considered that the indicator of economic efficiency of the enterprise is profit, which remains a positive result for business development. Measures to increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise by improving the personnel management system, which will be relevant for the long-term perspective of specific economic phenomena and processes, are presented. To increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise, it is necessary to use additional costs for the expansion of sales markets for its products, diversification of production, marketing, and the release of new types of products. At the same time, the increase in the result should be greater than the increase in resources, which will ensure an increase in efficiency.
