Abstract

The article specifies the essence and content of digital commerce, which should be presented through its components: objects of digital commerce; subjects of digital commerce, technological digital procedures; various information and communication technologies and means; the key strategic requirements for the organization of digital commerce are determined (feasibility; systematicity; complexity; specificity; balance; scientificity; reliability; constructiveness; adequacy; invariance); trends in the development of digital commerce of enterprises in today's realities are revealed, which are closely intertwined with the intensity and vector of development and distribution Internet, the existing potential opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of the development of digital commerce of enterprises are considered, the main factors restraining the development of digital commerce of domestic enterprises are determined (lack of own funds, significant costs for the implementation of digital commerce, high economic risks of digital commerce, imperfection of the regulatory framework of digital commerce, long payback period of digital commerce innovations, lack of information about new digital commerce technologies, lack of competent employees), the key features of the digital commerce development model of enterprises in today's realities are outlined: low input business barriers; number and assortment of market niches; number of income channels; democracy and trust in digital technologies; accessibility and simplicity of digital technologies; the universality and spectrum of access channels and the justified need to take into account and eliminate the disadvantages of digital commerce (computer forgeries and fraud; violation of the confidentiality of transactions; low quality of communication networks; low bandwidth of information channels; low speed of transmission of commercial information; narrow distribution of automated systems; uncertainty of reality the existence of a consumer or counterparty; lack of universal standards of communication interactions; inadequate protection against cyber risks).
