Abstract

The article considers the need to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of the company's activity, defines the key characteristics of this concept, and analyzes the need to introduce corporate culture into the company's activities. Changes in the behavior of employees when making changes to the corporate culture of the enterprise are given. The results of the management's activities regarding the implementation and improvement of corporate culture at the enterprise are considered. The importance of continuous improvement and involvement in following the principles of corporate culture of employees in order to achieve the company's goals and competitiveness in the market is substantiated.
