Modernization of organizational behavior the enterprise

The article is devoted to the essence of organizational behavior at the enterprise and the importance of modernizing organizational behavior at the enterprise in accordance with today's challenges. The need to introduce organizational culture into the company's activities and to pay significant attention to the mental health of employees was analyzed. The significance of the employee's mental health for the overall development of the enterprise is substantiated. The sequence for the formation of a plan of measures for the introduction of organizational culture into the activities of the enterprise, in terms of measures to improve the stress resistance of employees, is given.
