Management of investment activities of a modern enterprises

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of investment activity and its disclosure of the relationship between the landmarks of the modern enterprise. It has been established that the investment activity of the enterprise at the modern enterprise is carried out based on the theory of investment and the theory of management, which have evolved over time and acquired features of the modern economic business environment. Financial resources that play an important role in the enterprise are considered. It was emphasized that the management of the investment activity of a modern enterprise is a complex process that results from the effectiveness of management decision-making, where the process itself can be influenced by factors of the internal and external environment. The place of investment activity is defined and it is shown what internal and external factors influence the management of investment activity. It has been investigated that investment activity at the enterprise is carried out in many directions, which have different nature, degree of responsibility, nature of consequences and level of risk. There are three levels of investment activity that affect the efficiency of the investment process at the enterprise. It is emphasized that at all levels of management of investment activities, enterprises always take into account the financing of investment projects, which in the future will affect the high level of management dynamism in the field of formation and implementation of investments. Such investment projects at the enterprise include shareholding, venture financing, external financing, self-financing and lending. Attention is paid to the priority areas of investment activity in market conditions for a modern enterprise. The system of interrelationships of management of investment activities of the enterprise is described.
