Modernization of the organizational outline of enterprises in new economic realities

The article clarifies the peculiarities and substantiates the theoretical basis of the organizational contour of enterprises in the new economic realities, diagnoses the organizational contour of enterprises and identifies the priority directions of modernization of the organizational contour of enterprises in the new economic realities, which provide for the improvement of the quality of management, the elimination of excessive specialization of management links, which will determine the adequacy of the response to the challenges of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, will contribute to reducing the costs of maintaining the management apparatus, reducing personnel turnover, increasing the effectiveness of management decisions, increasing competitive advantages, increasing the satisfaction of service users, generating additional effects in the organizational, financial, managerial, social, operational, and investment areas .
