International cooperation in the sphere of information and communication technologies

Abstract

The article describes the features of international cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies; standard global indicators that are taken into account when analyzing the state of development of information and communication technologies have been clarified; the implementation of information and communication technologies in Ukraine compared to other countries is characterized.

Key words: information and communication technologies, international cooperation, ICT development level index, ICT price basket value.
