Management of competitive advantages of the enterprise in crisis conditions

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and development of scientific and practical recommendations for managing the competitive advantages of an enterprise in crisis conditions. Different views of scientists on the content of the concept of «competitive advantage» analyzed. The expediency of the formation of the competitive advantages of the enterprise in the conditions of the crisis is considered. The main principles of competitive advantage management have formed. Scientific and practical recommendations for managing the competitive advantages of an enterprise in crisis conditions and developing an anti-crisis strategy presented. The relevance of the study and the need to form an adaptive model for managing competitive advantages in modern conditions have substantiated.
