Management of the competitiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of strategic changes

The article discusses the basic concepts of «competitiveness and competitiveness management of an enterprise. The author provides his own vision of the essence of the concept of «management of competitiveness» in the context of strategic changes. The expediency of taking into account strategic changes in the activities of the enterprise by specific characteristics has substantiated. In order to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, a model for managing the competitiveness of an enterprise in the context of strategic changes has proposed for practical use.
