Abstract

Theoretical bases of formation of the concept on modernization of management of organizational changes of the enterprise in the conditions of strategic development are substantiated, its essence and principles are opened, diagnostics of management of organizational changes in the conditions of strategic development in the enterprises is carried out. initiate the implementation of organizational change, motivated strategies of organizational change.
