Peculiarities of the modern approach to the consideration of internal (Corporate) communications

The article reveals key points and importance of internal (corporate) communications, defines the specificity of the modern approach to the consideration of their role in the development of the company. All concepts are necessary to form a general idea of the essence, meaning and role of internal corporate communication. Outlining general approaches to the conceptual notions, we can point out that the "internal communications" should be understood as part of the overall communication flow between employees of the company, the content of which consists of information of a rational-emotional nature, which is exchanged according to the principles of corporate ethics and culture, in order to form corporate identity and loyalty; to implement and to develop corporate cultural standards.
