Strategic planning as basis for sustainable enterprise development

Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical foundations and provides an overview of strategic planning of the enterprise. The main attention is paid to substantiation of specificity of activity of the enterprise with use of strategic planning for organizational maintenance of achievement of the set strategic purposes at the enterprise. The influence of strategic planning on the enterprise from the economic point of view in concrete conditions for maintenance of competitive existence of the enterprise in its long-term prospect is investigated.
