Communication management at the enterprise

Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of communication management, where communication is the most important element of the knowledge management system and the connecting link in the structure of enterprisе. The factors of diversification of the communication management system of the enterprise are described. Emphasis is placed on the communication environment of the enterprise, where the latest information technologies have already put forward new requirements for the structure of the communication management system in enterprises.
