The article clarifies the features and substantiates the theoretical approaches and methodological principles of the basis for developing a competitive strategy of the enterprise, analyzes the practice of developing a competitive strategy by enterprises and identifies areas for improving the process of developing a competitive strategy in deformation and digital transformations based on qualitatively new value approaches.
