Mechanism for managing the competitiveness of an enterprise in Ukraine

Within the framework of this article, the role and content of competitiveness management at the macro and enterprise levels are considered. The expediency of the mechanism for managing the competitiveness of a Ukrainian enterprise in its management system has been substantiated. Requirements for the formation of the mechanism of enterprise competitiveness within the components of the management system by levels and the support system are proposed. Submitted and described the components of the enterprise competitiveness management mechanism. It is proved that the formation and implementation of a competitiveness management mechanism in accordance with the existing enterprise management system will affect the efficiency of its activities in accordance with the development goals and the chosen strategy, which will direct managers and employees of the enterprise to active and purposeful activity in the face of continuous changes in the external environment.
