Innovative approaches in the human resource management system of communication enterprises

The main innovative approaches to the human resource management system in communication enterprises have been identified. These include: personnel development, building systems of traditional and unconventional motivation, formation of corporate culture, development of a model of competencies for a particular enterprise, using computer technologies in personnel management, as well as the introduction of corporate social responsibility in the activities of the enterprise. The rating of the main measures on corporate social responsibility implemented in communication enterprises is determined.
