Abstract

The essence of motivation and its peculiarities in the activities of enterprises is disclosed. The specifics of the use of motivation theories in enterprise management are investigated. The main motives and incentives for management of human resources of enterprises are determined. The main problems and prospects of development of motivation and stimulation of labor of employees of enterprises are disclosed. The role and tasks of the system of motivation of labor at the enterprise are outlined.
