The essence of the career and its main types is revealed. The specifics of career growth management in enterprises are studied. a meaningful component of the concept of career is promotion. Career creates by human himself, taking into account the peculiarities of the internal and external environment, reality, own goals, desires and abilities. The main stages of career growth in the management of human resources of enterprises are defined. The main features necessary for career growth at the enterprise are revealed. The role and objectives of the career growth system are outlined.
