Strategical analysis of activity of «Kyivstar»

The description of Kyivstar activity, its main advantages are defined. The strategic analysis of Kyivstar activity by means of matrix methods, namely, the matrices I. Ansoff "Commodity-market", Schell DPM, "General electrician – Mckinzy" and ADL are made. It is concluded that Kyivstar is a leader in telecommunication industry and occupies the dominant position in the market of telecommunication services of Ukraine, therefore typical for its activity is a strategy of preservation of positions and maintaining market share in the industry. The main directions of strategic development of the enterprise are proposed.
