Influence of state regulation on the quality of telecommunications services

Abstract

The article presents and analyzes the principles and the current trends of the market of telecommunication services in Ukraine. The article reveals the distinctive characteristics of functioning of the national telecommunication services market, that influence the forms and methods of the state regulation, with the identification of specific features of the organization of the management model of the telecommunications sector in Ukraine. The directions of improvement of the regulatory state policy in the area of telecommunications are substantiated.
