Abstract

The article defined the essence, content and key significance of the concept of “enterprise diversification strategy”. There has been determined the main directions and priorities of minimizing entrepreneurial risk based on the strategy of effective diversification of the enterprises. There has been determined the main priority directions and program tasks of choosing a clear and effective diversification strategy, which has a direct dependence on the type and peculiarities of diversification activity of the business unit. There have been specified the specifics of the motivational approach on the different stages of the selection and formation the diversification strategy.There has been determined the priority of the set tasks and important conditions for achievement of the key goals of the enterprise that related with choosing an effective diversification strategy. There have been formed the basic principles that are defined the real nature and orientation of the choice on the diversification strategy. There has been offered the schematic sequence of enterprise’s actions in making decision on formation an effective strategy of the enterprises’ diversification activity.
