Theoretical and practical approaches to initiating the strategic management tool by steel development of telecommunication enterprise

Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical principles of strategic management of the telecommunications enterprise's steady development. The benchmarking analysis of internal potential and connections with the external environment of PJSC "Ukrtelecom" and PJSC "Kyivstar" in the context of sustainable development was carried out. Perspective strategic directions of sustainable development of PJSC "Ukrtelecom" are determined.
